Please read below for all current policies and regulations. I appreciate your anticipated understanding and thank you in advance for your compliance. CANCELLATIONS- I ask that all cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% Cancellation Fee based on the services booked for that appointment. And any made same day will be subject to the terms of a No Show. LATE POLICY- You are late after the appointment start time, however, I do allow for a 10 minute grace period to be seen for your services. This may affect what services can still be performed in the time still available in your appointment. Additionally, arrival after 10 minutes will be subject to a $25 Late Fee. NO SHOWS- Any No Shows will be subject to a 85% No Show Fee based on the services booked for that appointment. Additionally, after three (3) no shows, you will no longer be able to book online and will need to reach out to me directly to schedule your next appointment. NEW CLIENTS- All clients will be required to fill out a consultation form when booking online. New hair removal clients must have at least 1/4 inch in hair growth for body waxing services. That is approximately a grain of rice in length and takes at least two (2) weeks to achieve. CHECK IN- When you arrive for your appointment, please text me to check in: 301-760-8328.
